I write fantasy and paranormal fiction, when I’m not lost in my writing or buried beneath a growing stack of books, you’ll usually find me wandering in the forests. Sometimes with my dogs, or a pack of equally outdoorsy souls.

 

I live with endometriosis, which means life comes in waves of good days to pajama days. Where stories are read or created, unless my dogs decide otherwise. 

 

I’m endlessly drawn to the strange and magical details of the natural world, especially mushrooms. Photographing them has become a full-blown obsession, and yes, I absolutely get teased for stopping every five feet on a trail to admire another tiny fungus. I regret nothing.

 

One day, I hope to open my own rescue tucked somewhere deep in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by trees and home to way too many animals. Realistically, I may never leave home again. Sounds like heaven to me.
